STANDARD BOOTHS & PRICING

Regular exhibit spaces at WiVi 2017 will include 8'x10' and 10'x10' booth spaces in the Adelaide and Estrella Halls and 10'x10' and 15'x15' spaces in the Vineyard Automation Center. Larger booth spaces are available in Premium Booth Sponsorship packages.

All Booths Include:

  • (1) 6' table with linen *

  • Business listing in tradeshow program (if purchased by Feb. 10, 2017)
  • Exhibitor listing on event website
  • 25 complimentary tradeshow guest passes
  • Tent coverage in the Vineyard Automation Center
  • 3' side drapes and 8' back drapes (Estrella and Adelaide hall booths only)
  • Backdrop panels or pop-up tent in the Vineyard Automation Center
  • 4 Exhibitor Staff Registrations, which includes tradeshow lunch.
  • Additional Exhibitor tradeshow passes are available for $25 per person through online registration.
  • Admission to sessions is NOT included with an Exhibitor Registration. Exhibitors who wish to attend sessions must purchase a session pass online.

* Exhibitor booth, furniture, ship ahead and assembly and forklift services are being provided by Tricord Tradeshow Services. Information for Tricord is included in your registration confirmation letter. If you require additional furniture or equipment services, please contact Tricord after January 1, 2017.

Booth Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing, dated and with the reason for cancellation.

  • If Exhibitor cancels prior to September 1, 2016, Exhibitor will not forfeit any portion of the booth fee payment and WiVi Central Coast will issue a full refund of amounts paid.
  • If Exhibitor cancels on or after September 1, 2016, but prior to January 7, 2017, Exhibitor will forfeit 50% of the total contracted booth space fee of the canceled space.
  • If Exhibitor cancels on or after January 7, 2017, Exhibitor will pay 100% of the total contracted booth space fee of the canceled space.

Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to hold your booth registration. All booths must be paid in full by January 6, 2017. If your booth is not paid in full by this date, WiVi Central Coast shall have the right to terminate your agreement for the booth. Terminated booths will then be available for reassignment and resale.

Send out Guest Tradeshow Passes

Invite your customers to attend the WiVi tradeshow. It's a $40 value that you can give to your customers for FREE! Sponsors receive unlimited tradeshow passes and exhibitors receive 25 guest passes per booth. You will receive tickets to distribute to your customers by the end of January 2017.

EXHIBITOR SERVICES

TriCord Tradeshow Services has been chosen by Show Management to serve as your Official Exhibitor Service Contractor. The exhibitor service kit contains all of the information and service order forms to ensure a successful marketing presentation. Custom booth furnishings, delivery, install and fork lift services are available. Fork lift services must be contracted through Tricord.

Every booth includes 500 watts of power and WiFi access.
