Regular exhibit spaces at WiVi 2019 will include 8'x10' and 10'x10' booth spaces in the Adelaide and Estrella Halls and 10'x10' and 15'x15' spaces in the Vineyard Automation Center.   • Admission to sessions is NOT included with an Exhibitor Registration. Exhibitors who wish to attend sessions must purchase a session pass online.

Exhibitor booth, furniture, ship ahead, assembly and forklift services will be provided by Tricord Tradeshow Services. Information for Tricord will be included in your Exhibitor Kit and mailed to you in January 2019.

Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to hold your booth registration. All booths must be paid in full by December 1, 2018. If your booth is not paid in full by this date, WiVi Central Coast shall have the right to terminate your agreement for the booth. Terminated booths will then be available for reassignment and resale.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing, dated and with the reason for cancellation.
The date the cancellation notice is received in writing will be the official cancellation date.

  1. If Exhibitor cancels prior to August 1, 2018, Exhibitor will not forfeit any portion of the booth fee payment and WiVi will issue a full refund of any amounts paid.
  2. If Exhibitor cancels after August 1, 2018, but prior to December 1, 2018, Exhibitor will forfeit 50% of the total contracted booth space.
  3. If Exhibitor cancels after December 1, 2018, Exhibitor will pay 100% of the total contracted booth space fee.

Invite your customers to attend the WiVi tradeshow. It's a $40 value that you can give to your customers for FREE! Sponsors receive unlimited tradeshow passes and exhibitors receive 25 guest passes per booth. You will receive tickets to distribute to your customers by the end of January 2017.
